At ORIX Aviation, we believe that Corporate Social Responsibility has an important role to play in our overall business and day to day office activities.

ORIX Aviation and CSR

We strive to positively impact the lives of both our employees and the communities that we work in and we have been involved in CSR initiatives for many years.

ORIX Aviation has a CSR committee that is actively involved in CSR initiatives across the company and encourages all of the ORIX team to get involved in these initiatives. The CSR committee focuses not only on charitable and philanthropic activities but also on building a strong culture at ORIX Aviation, diversity and inclusion in the workplace and employee well-being.

Charity Support

We are committed to fostering strong community relationships and are proud to support a range of charities each year, including charities chosen by our employees.

One of these charities is our local Lion’s Club. Every year, our employees donate generously to a Christmas fundraiser with the company matching the total funds raised. Over the last 10 years, this fundraiser has raised over €150,000 for the Lion’s Club.

Over the past year, ORIX Aviation employees have raised over €60,000 for several great charitable causes including ISTAT Airlink, UNICEF’s Get a Vaccine Give a Vaccine and Blue Dot Hub campaigns, as well as the Fiachra Treacy Trust.

Life at ORIX Aviation

Work life balance is very important to us at ORIX Aviation and various initiatives are in place to promote this culture.

ORIX Aviation has an active social committee who organise regular events for ORIX employees, with the objective to provide fun and interactive social occasions while catering to a diverse set of interests. We host monthly cross departmental team dinners and participate in various aviation sports’ leagues and events throughout the year. Employees can also avail of our on-site gym and lunchtime Pilates classes.

ORIX Aviation also values work life balance, offering flexible working hours as well as the opportunity to work from home.
